All assignments are completed by Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) designated professionals, in full compliance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP). With over a decade of experience in real estate valuation across Canada, the Middle East, and South Asia, Phoenix Valuations and Consulting was established to deliver clear, defensible valuation and advisory services grounded in professional discipline and sound judgment.

The firm’s foundation is shaped by experience across a wide range of assignments, including residential properties, commercial assets, large-scale development land, airport holdings, and strategic land assemblies. Many of these mandates required not only valuation expertise, but also forward-looking insight into land use, feasibility, and market positioning—supporting lenders, developers, and public-sector stakeholders in complex decision-making environments.

Phoenix Valuations is built on the principle that valuation extends beyond technical accuracy. Each assignment is approached with a focus on clarity, objectivity, and practical relevance—ensuring conclusions withstand scrutiny and align with real-world outcomes. Led by an AACI, P.App-designated appraiser, the firm maintains a consistent standard of integrity, precision, and accountability across all engagements.
