Founder's Story
After more than a decade in the real estate valuation industry, with experience spanning Canada, the Middle East, and South Asia — I founded Phoenix Valuations and Consulting with a clear vision: to offer independent, high-calibre valuation and advisory services built on a foundation of trust, honesty, and professional integrity. Over the years, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams on assignments ranging from individual residential properties to commercial assets, large-scale development lands, airport holdings, and strategic land assemblies. Many of these engagements required not just valuation expertise, but forward-looking land use strategies, feasibility analysis, and advisory insight for lenders, developers, and public-sector stakeholders.
